Is it possible to change the background of the forums to fit the mood of a specific holiday? Like Christmas, Halloween, Valentines, St. Patricks Day, Thanksgiving, etc. Just like the MG Home site.

You guys don't really have to do it. It's just an idea.

ZI entertained this idea for a while, but I believe he considered this to be a lot of work and honestly not worth the effort, I think.

I'll leave this open though, since I'm not entirely sure about it.

Well, I'm not sure about background changes but I can make some holiday banners if you like. I was already working on the Christmas banner anyways, and we did have that Snowy Mountain banner up last year.

Oh yeah I remember.

But that seems, dull. Why not start new? How about red & green? Maybe pine trees if possible? But I digress...It's all up to you Zero on the background.

Does Cleod have a say in this?

Nobody cares what Cleod thinks anyway. ZI > Cleod. As for the banners, I think we should have 1 for each celebration and reuse it (for ZI's sake of time) as well as having a slight nostalgic effect (if any at all).

The issue is that the add-ons here require editing a lot of the template files. We can swap out the banner and such but that's about it. So it's difficult to swap themes on the forums. If someone finds a way (or has an idea) to modify forum skins without affecting any of the template files, please let me know.
