If only major Rp's have any relevance to the plot, would that mean that characters from minor Rp's wouldn't play any major role?

Well, I was thinking more of a Super Robot Taisen style of plot, where a couple of series have huge plot significance and have like a chunk of the missions dedicated to them, while the rest maybe have one or two missions dedicated to them.
Basically, the characters from the minor can work, but their RPs have little to do with the plot and it's progression.

Oh, I'm in a crossover type RP on another site, if this gets off the ground, I'll join.
I can probably help with ways to get things intertwined as well.

I'm not sure whether we're using antagonists from the major RPs or just using original antagonists. If we do pull them from existing RPs, it is possible that they can work together or fight amongst themselves.
