No... Homo- is a prefix derivated from a(n ancient) greek word (ὁμός, homos) that means "same", "equal", and is used as a short version of homosexual, a person who loves and/or is sexually aroused by other people with the same sex (ie, man x man, woman x woman). Bi- is from latin (Bis, that means twice) and means two. Bisexual is someone who loves and/or is aroused by the two sex. The only thing I took from the internet was that homos is from ancient greek (I thought it was... normal greek, modern greek) and that Bis means twice (I kinda thought it meant two, besides, we use the word Bis in portuguese, so I just didn't pay attention to its meaning...). Is it you old acc? And btw, even if I copied the whole text of somewhere else, I'd previously know that Bisexual =/= Homosexual, and it is the whole point.
