[Request] Mouth Sync, Menu Screens and Preloaders

I need help. there r 3 things i need help in flash with. first i need to know how to make mouths for the characters when they r talking. secound,for a preloader, how do i make a menu screen for scenes and things like that. and third i have started making my flash movie but didnt put the preloader in there. where do i put it so i wont mess up anything or can i make the preloader and just paste all the movie scenes after that.
