Found a confirmed hacker playing DK. Tag "TRC" increased neutral B power to instant kill, reduced move downtimes and greatly increased the vertical height of DK's up-B. Please be on the lookout for this player.

Not sure if this was reported before, but when my games desync, my Mario just randomly spews out fireballs even without any input, and also accompanied by attacks ending prematurely during animation (it returns him to his normal animation, so Super Jump Punches can be used infinitely). Infinite Super Jump Punches near the top blastline also produce one screen KO and one star KO with Mario still in the magnifying glass. After being KO'd by the side/bottom blastlines during this, Mario turns invisible and the camera focuses on the other player(s).
EDIT: Also happens to Lloyd for the spewing projectiles and prematurely ended moves, but I didn't get to test infinite Tiger Blade top blastline bug.

It's a minor bug, but the character select screen... The gap of Naruto and Ichigo is quite annoying. Simple fix is to give Shiek her own spot on the menu, as sharing with Zelda isn't really that good at this point.
Another bug is Ness being interrupted whilst performing pk thunder, where a second pk comes out if the first wasn't destroyed. I can't really explain it, but I have a combo video coming out featuring it.
Also, ness absorbs projectiles, but doesn't heal from them.

Sometimes while playing DK, I charge his punch and the smoke starts coming out of him, but later on, when the smoke is still coming out of DK, it loses the charge.

I was playing an online match, Jigglypuff vs Naruto, and after the 1st stock, the "Please Waiting..." screen that occurs after the end of the match appeared, overwriting the game's screen completely. So you couldn't see any of the gameplay anymore, but you could still hear the sounds of the game, and it was apparently responding properly still. (I committed suicide to check, and it matched up.) I saved the replay but it didn't occur in the replay when I loaded it.
EDIT: Happened again. Interesting to note is that I've only had this occur today, but I've played a ton of matches before without this happening. I was playing Jiggs vs CF this time on Emerald Cave. Hope this helps isolate the bug. It seems to happen relatively early on the match.

-Naruto's clone mine is invincible to physical attacks and last for 20 seconds. He can easily campy over it with Clone-throw and Clone-Jutsu having infinite traveling range. Clone-Throw doesn't act properly when reflected either.
-Tails's Electro Ball travels quite slow, but far. And it has level 6 priority. The only "practical" moves that can destroy it are Fully-Charge-Shot, Black Mage's Thundaga, Falcon-Pawnch, and Falcon's Dsmash. And try to powershield it is risky as kcuf. It gets Tails in for free after a knockdown because you have no choice, but to jump out the way when it's hard enough to challenge Tails in the air.
- Some moves like high-stun like Black Mage's Stop and Naruto's Clone-mine causes even Power-shielding to receive shield-stun.

At the beginning of a match, I used Goku's side b, and it infinitely spawned those projectiles, even when I'm not in the animation to do it. I used UpB, and it teleported me from one side of the stage to the other, far enough to KO me while I'm off edge.
I have NO idea how to recreate this, other than having Goku, Zelda, and the 3DS stage. I closed the game early, because I do not want to be mistaken for a hacker, so I have no replays of this.

This is also similar to one bug that I also have. It happened to my Mario and Lloyd, only that their upBs don't teleport me.

Tap B while using DK's up B to go higher , also With terrible DI and bad recovery DK's punch can kill pretty early.
