Here's an idea... Take someone who doesn't like airplane food, and put him in calming conditions. THEN let him try the food, see if he likes it.

Personally, I haven't flown since I was 5, so I don't even know what it tastes like.

Incredibly soggy steaks, pasta that tears apart when you lift it off the plate, and those really dry bread buns, you know.

Wine Sautéed mushrooms and beef with rice. Beef was tender, rice was well cooked. Also with red wine on the side.
