Be tougher on people who ignore mods

When a mod tells everyone to get back on topic, everyone who continues to spam/be an idiot should get TWO warnings instead of one.
For example, in this topic http://forums.mcleodgaming.com/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=14943&p=790708#p790708 Kiki told a member that the thread wasn't for talking about other members, but DIRECTLY afterward Soul continued the other member's complaining. After saying AGAIN that the topic wasn't for personal complaints, that proton idiot continued to go off topic. Obviously, Kiki wasn't being taken seriously, so her repeated warnings were ignored. In Proton's case it doesn't matter, because he's a troll and will continue to 'de-rail' topics. But as far as the general rule goes I agree.

EDIT: Are you also proposing that contesting a point is modable as well? I was saying that if the problem affected the forums as a whole then it belongs in ideas. If it was just a singular member problem then it isn't. _________________
