Aight, it's almost 2 months later, and here's a suggestion for Luigi...
I hope Luigi's Bthrow is stronger than Mario's, but it does less damage. (Just like the official smash games)
Mario's does 12 or 13%... So Luigi's should do around 10-10.5%

Uh no, test it out in 64/WiiU. (not 100% sure for 64, I read the Wik lol, but I'm 100% sure for WiiU since I test it)
Luigi's Bthrow is a bit stronger.

I have 64, but a lot of character's back throws are strong in that game, though I do know Mario's is stronger and tested it out in matches. I am sure I have seen Mario's back throw ko faster then Luigi's in 4, but I will try again the next time I play 4. _________________
