The latest patch is not available yet, its releasing sometime today. They'll let us know through a post on the front page but until then, you can only download the current demo version.

but, on the page where is the "Demo" says New, meaning that longer available .. but I can not download it, do not really understand ..

When they said New, that just means its the latest that's CURRENTLY available to the public. The demo that's available is not the new patch that they announced for today, that one is not out yet, it comes out sometime tonight probably. The one labelled new was released in July or something like that...
