I would keep Strong and Strike, and change the alternate song instead, to The Raising Fighting Spirit or to Konoha Afternoon.

All of these are better than Big Blue or Mute City and its been 15 years now so I don't care about your 'Nostalgia' for the original SNES soundtrack lets be real you played it on virtual console please check out the other tracks listed below and rethink your pick from the Notable soundtracks from the F-zero series to represent F-zero in SSF2

Could we please have The Dragon Theme from Dragon Ball Z in this game?! It's one of the most beautifully composed tracks by Bruce Faulconer, and was used in two iconic moments in Dragon Ball Z, specifically Vegeta's first ever Final Flash and the Kamehameha battle between Super Saiyan 2 Gohan and Super Perfect Cell. I would love to have this music track in the game.
