Couldn't find a recent topic of this, so...let's talk about Fable

I've been playing Fable The Lost Chapters for a good oooh, 10 game days, so like 27 Hrs, and my Character is 50, da f*** does that work? But it's fun, best RPG I have at the moment.

if you love fable then keep it to the lost chapters

I have 3, and I played it for 30 seconds and I hated it.

3 started good with that very interesting choice you had to make, but then they systematically ruined everything good about it by

A : trying to excuse the villain's actions during the first part of the game

B : having the 'choices' you had to make in the second half of the game boil down to "feed starving orphans" or "put them to work as slaves for monetary gain". I swear, the only good part about the second half of Fable 3 is Stephen Fry.

I just hated how EVERYTHING required the sanctuary, wanna change my weapon, Need the sanctuary, want to fast Travel to a place, need the Sanctuary, gimme a cullis gate like the start for f*** sake, Want to save my game (which was horrendously done), f*** SANCTUARY, WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO PAUSE MENUS?

It's funny how they had Stephen Fry and John Cleese, then wasted them both on a butler that does nothing but annoy you for 3/4ths of the game, and one of the silliest (in a bad way) characters in the entire series.

Yeah, wasted opportunity there. The ending was stale as well.

Haven't played 1 yet, but I'd like to.

I liked 2, but that Reaver sacrifice thing was a dick move. I sacrificed that girl though, cause I'm not being an old fart.

Also, my sister plays 2 and she looks like she's on steroids or something.
She looks like a monster lol

3 was okay in the beginning but they got lazy about halfway through.
The story could be much better, not to mention those dumb decisions.

Hope 4 is better.

IMO 1 has the best story, I haven't played 2 though. Only one not on steam.

Worst part of 2 was making me cut all of my hair off. ;_;

II was alright but it was way too hyped up in what you could do and they delivered in a sense, but it's like saying 'heres a cake' but it's an urinal cake instead

FABLE 2 IS ONLY GOING TO HAVE 4 LOAD SCREENS!

Well, all I know is that by Fable 3, they thought it was a good idea to have as many Load screens as there were random enemies to fight in Fable 1....EFSHJKLDFSHKJSDFHKJDFSHLF!

You think it's bad on PC? I had to do it on Xbox 360 without having the game installed. I used to play a game of sudoku between loading screens.

Still enjoying my playing cards and metal coin from the collector's edition, though.
