Animation help

I'm not good with animating gifs, so I was wondering if anyone could animate this?

It's Mario from SMA2: Super Mario World, when he dies. He goes up a certain height and drops. That thing.

There is this awesome program called Ms gif. . . Its free I believe.
If no one helps, use that.
