If it's too runny breadcrumbs can soak up some moisture, just be sure not to add too much otherwise it might be dry

What I did was ground up the beef myself, added some light soy sauce, egg, pepper and deep frying powder. In the pan they went. Delicious they came out.

Is minced beef really so expensive you had to do it yourself?

Too lazy to go to the nearest supermarket. Which for all I know is about 10km away.

Stock up on meats and keep it from going off by freezing it

Look, I cook at my dorm's restaurant. I make do with what they have. I occasionally might buy some hotdogs and bacon from the 7Eleven across the street but otherwise I don't buy my own ingredients.

I always assumed restaurants stocked up and kept things in deep freeze. Well, that's what they did at a cafe I worked at.

They also have to make a profit. If they stock up s*** that doesn't sell, why stock it?

But minced meat is so versatile! There are tons of things one coul do with minced beef

Its more expensive than minced pork. Minced pork is so much cheaper. Pork and chicken are generally cheaper here.
