Yes, this was "inspired" by TSM Zero's video for Sm4sh characters, but I felt like it would be appropriate for SSF2 to have a similar discussion.
I made strats based on what kind of playstyle the character's meta represents, like combo-heavy characters being countered with Mixups, and the best way to defeat their recovery and knock them off screen.
Gimp him whenever possible. Respect his special moves, and don't underestimate his down-B.
Don't underestimate his smash attacks. Stay out of command-grab range. Reflect any projectiles he sends to you. Try to send him upwards, and gimp him if you can.
Avoid his bombs, and try to send him sideways.
