Easy to understand...Just put channels you usually watch on TV. You can put as much channels you want. Paper-View and movie channels count as well. No Adult Channels you sick bastard. And On-Demand doesn't count either.
My list of favorite channels:
Fox, FX, MTV, MTV2, VH1, Spike, G4, ESPN, TBS, ABC Family, Comedy Central, Nick, Nicktoons, Boomerang, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, Animal Planet, Military Channel, HBO, and Starz.
And I used to watch Anime Network all the time, until they removed the channel...Worst idea ever. And I used to watch Cartoon Network. Now, I only watch it for the anime at 1:00am...
That's pretty much all the channels I can remember atm.

I don't watch TV any more but it was quite dependent on country.
In France, Teletoon, Gameone and MTV.
In Thailand, Nat Geo, Discovery Channel, Cartoon Network and Animax.
Now I just "acquire" shows over the internet.

I don't watch alot of Tv, but when I do, it's either Comedy Central or Discovery, Animal Planet, History Channel, etc.

There was also a channel that had aired porn after midnight of Fridays. I forgot which channel it is.

...Yeah, that's it. Maybe FOX every once and awhile, but that's only for House, usually.
