Idea/Question about Spam

Where is this "Spam" section? I can't find it anywhere (It's probably in some obvious place I haven't checked, which sort of goes against "anywhere")

If there isn't one in the new forums, we should make one.
And if there is, can we make it a little more obvious? Like on the Board Index or something?
