I genuinely would love to know why everyone wants Daisy in this game so much? Why is she so special, why do we need ANOTHER Mario character and how would she differ from Peach ?

Besides. It's not a lot of people posting about wanting Daisy. It's one guy making a lot of posts about how he REALLY wants Daisy. I hardly think he represents the community at large.

Because Daisy is the best. Why do we need Peach, Mario, Goku, Link, and all those other lame characters when we could just have Daisy? Imagine if Daisy was the only playable character in smash. The game would be super balanced, and the only stage we'd need is a omega version of Sarasaland. Like, just think about how popular Daisy is. She's been in good games, has a large fan base, and some very interesting fan art. Mario, Sonic, Goku, Martin Luther King, etc... They're all iconic, but Daisy is on a whole other level.

It's funny how people forget that if Super Mario Land didn't exist, than Wario wouldn't exist. That, or it never crosses our minds. Either way, comparing Daisy to Peach is like comparing Cola to Dr. Pepper. Same core, but different otherwise. I mean really Daisy is nothing like Peach and if Sakurai can pull what he did with Rosalina and Luma, than the same can happen for Daisy. I mean come on I don't see Peach (or Mario for that matter) sending Bowser flying with just a slap (Mario Party 3).
