I should probably consider making Avarage Salaryman Jigglypuff a common character in the doodle sessions, hm?

Also I'm kind of stuck, would be cool if you guys could hand me some suggestions on what to draw. More diverse material to scribble with would be cool. Preferably pokémen but if you can topple that, then by all means. No promises or refunds etc.

Perhaps this guy?

I'd be kinda interested to see him in your art style!

The OP Damien drawings.

Also, nice work with Panzerfaust! Shame he didn't make it.

I'm especially proud of how well I captured Chris' Pikachu shirt.

The style is sort of a combination of styles of other artists on the internet that I follow closely, call it a homeage. I don't think I'll be using it too much in the future for that reason though.

what tool do you use to create your art? and do you scan them into your computer?

Most of the work featured in this topic is drawn traditionally on paper using pencils and fineliners (when sketching I tend to use fineliners directly), and yeah, I do scan them in.

I'm currently practising with a Wacom Tablet and Paint Tool Sai atm, I'm considering trying out Mangastudio though.

I'm currently looking into writing and drawing short comics about the Ghost Gumshoes, but I want to draw those with the tablet, so I'll need some more practise (and maybe mangastudio) for that.

Some more designs for Ghost Gumshoes;
Image
Kyloe MacGhàidhealachlands; Runs the 'Soggy Aubergine Pub' in the fictional city where Marks and Spencer live. His pub is located within the crime-invested neightbourhood, so it's where Marks and Spencer go to to enjoy bad Haggis meals and get leads on underworld activity.

I originally intended to make the character a huge scottisch wolfe, but ended up favouring the more represential Highland Cattle.

Image
Commisioner Gordon: The character that assigns the freelance spectral sleuths to their cases. This highly curious specimen of human decay has come to represent the immortality of justice. Or not. Known for his Noir-styled hardboiled approach, Gordon seems to favour an unstable 'the end justify the means and blowing things up is the quickest way to end things' way of handling handing out justice to ne'er-do-wells, punks and the criminal element in general. Especially when it concerns the paperwork that comes with the glamorous policelife. While stuck in his office most of the time, his pursuit of justice often drives him into the fiery depths of the criminal underworld, often accompanied by Marks and Spencer.

A bit of a parody on Inferno Cop, with his name being an obvious homage to another detective-based comic series.

The perspective of both characters is a bit funky, but during sketching I focussed more on finalizing the designs.
