yes this is an issue with parenting and with the kids and such and such, but don't use this to generalize all of today's kids.

EXACTLY, there are going to be people with issues, and people who need MAJOR help in life before they snap, but they luckily aren't a majority of any sort, it's just that when stuff happens, it gets HUGE media attention.

yeah, of course there were mentally ill kids back then too.
but i remember when my school didn't need a metal detector or scanner at every exit/entrance.
i remember when i could go to school and not worry about whether or not a classmate has a gun, knife, or intent to kill.

I agree with this so f*** much. I try to explain this to the fifty million f*** facebook posts that go on about how the new generation is so f*** up and all that stupid s***. Bunch of ignorant f***.

Two fifth graders plotted a murder.. wtf who cares. Kids do that s*** all of the time! When a buddy and I in 2nd grade put a pretty graphically detailed note about killing a girl in her backpack I got 3 days of in school suspension. People are just being sensitive because of the media blowing up violence in schools. Weird, Michael Moore's (don't get me wrong I think he's a smart and funny guy but he has to be part of the reason) dumbass makes a movie about columbine, and how guns are a problem in school, and the media jumps on the bandwagon, highlighting every f*** up thing human kind can dish out. It's a lot, but less than we make it appear to be.

Otherwise some times,the kid's parent's are the ones who have to assume the responsability.
Most of the Kids i see now are worst and WORST educated.
