Now you're simply malinformed. He was told by someone else (which i cant remember atm) about the infested.

And that last part is personal bias. Light Yagami is my favorite character, his character was insanely well developed. But that's off topic.

Information given by a third party shouldn't trump common sense. He didn't just kill the guys that Dumas told him to, he killed anyone that he thought was a malfested (in other words, whoever he wanted). And going back to an earlier post, he never takes responsibility for his past sins. Hell, even when Dumas told him that everyone he killed was a human, he denied everything and by the end of the game, he failed to convince me that he understood what what he did was wrong.

Neither Patroklos nor Light Yagami were the least bit sympathetic in their respective series and if you honestly think they were, then you and I need to have a little discussion on the topic of right and wrong.

He never claimed Light was sympathic bro, he just said he found Light 'well-developed'. Sit down and take a glass of water. Also stop with the Death Note references if possible.

On-topic: Dampiére looks like an interesting character. Any suggestions on how to play as him the best way?

That's going to be very difficult when you consider that Patroklos and Light's modi operandi are almost identical.

I honestly think it's unneccessary to mention a manga character every 3 minutes.

I understand that but Patroklos and Light really ARE that similar, and not in a good way. Also, if Death'saWoopingRiot's response is any indication, then I'm not the only one who feels this way. In any case, we should get back on topic now.

You are now the SECOND person to call me that, congratulations.

On topic but changing topic a tad, how is everyone enjoying character creation? The designs and everything feel really great if you ask me, though being forced to copy a moveset is a little bothersome. That and you can't really customize what armor shatters in the middle of battle.

I love character creation. I'm finding it hard to keep any of the 50 slots free.

...I just wish the tons of Cepheus Packs weren't so damned pricey! I'd gladly fork over $3 for a new character/fighting style, but not for a stinkin' tank top and shorts.

Yup. Fifty.
Here's some of my characters I can name off the top of my head:
  • Sophitia (SCII design) (Style: Pyrrha Ω)
  • Olcadan (SCIII) (Style: Edge Master)
  • Popeye (Style: Devil Jin)
  • Katrina (Animal Crossing) (Style: Viola)
  • Amy (Sonic) (Style: Astaroth)
  • Chaos 0 (Sonic Adventure) (Style: Voldo)
  • Player- Khajit (Skyrim) (Style: Elysium)
  • Whiterun Guard (Skyrim) (Style: Patroklos)
  • Goofy (Kingdom Hearts) (Style: Pyrrha)
  • Napoleon Bonaparte (Style: α Patroklos)
  • Male Fighting Wireframe (Super Smash Bros. Melee) (Style: Kilik)
  • Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, and Derpy Hooves from MLP (Styles: Viola, Devil Jin, and Dampierre respectively)
  • And, of course, a whole mess of original characters I've played around with.

Waifu: you get ONE guess
I've only made two characters: Tifa (Devil Jin) and Lightning (α Patroklos).
The creation in SCV is so awesome.

You'll have to PM me the formulas for those. My FF characters are always messed up whenever I try.

That's how I felt at first, but it grew on me.

True... They did take out a lot, but the creation and fighting itself is still addictive.
They need to patch in some decent single-player stuff, that's what they need to do; it's not like it's not possible. They have patched online mode modifying some things, why not 1-Player?
