So i see there is a lot of Anime/Manga fans on here besides me so i thought it would be nice to look for some people who like the same things as me. That being said, Any legit Gantz fans on here? By "legit", i mean fans of the series that actually have likes and dislikes and can hold a real conversation about it. I'm up to date on the current chapter(s) and have watched the anime though IMO, the anime could have followed the manga just a little more towards the end.

Pretty confident I can hold a real conversation about it xD though I might have to check on some old characters names, I'm terrible at names and memorization

What separates a legit gantz fan from a fraud gantz fan?

The anime is good just it trails off from the manga towards the final three episodes or so.

But in regards of the manga, It really has been crazy with all the twist's that have happened and all the devastating deaths and what not (won't spoil for those who will read). And though it looks like it's coming towards a close, Gantz is famous for it's out of no where deaths/plot twist's that lead into a whole new event. What do you think?

You should definitely give it a try, if you liked the anime then you know what your getting into when you start to read it.

But yeah, it's looking like it has to end soon, what more could they possibly do after that? There's always room to innovate of course, but the mood is seeming very end-y. Pretty depressing chapter a few chapters ago (you should know which one I mean) but I'm really happy with how the series evolved. Still kinda upset about a few of the deaths, but I guess they really were inevitable.

Still so many questions that have to be answered, and a ton I know they're just going to leave open ended which is ok. I usually don't like anything too gory, but I'm glad I stuck with this (and really got hooked) b/c it's a fantastic manga. Anybody on the fence should definitely give it a chance.

I definitely get where your coming from seeing as how there really is nothing more they can do story wise but end it but like you said, Though there are still things we don't know and i think they'll squeeze some of that into the ending just to surprise us. As for the depressing chapters, i know exactly what you mean. :/

I honestly stopped caring about the show around the time Katastrophe or whatever it was called was revealed. I still read up on it every few weeks or months, but I've never really gotten back into it.
