i'm not upset over the loss at all really
i like the gameplay of Fire Emblem, i was never excited for face-rubbing in the first place. i found it creepy (even the bathing minigames in Agarest were less creepy to me because it's a lot more common to bathe with someone then it is to put your fingers on someone's face and rubbing it, the former sounds like something a weeb came up with when snuggling their dakimakura)
i'll still be getting the game because i want to play Fire Emblem

Fire Emblem (the one just called Fire Emblem in the West, the GBA game) is a pretty good starting point. First game in the series released in English too, so you don't have to worry about translation patches and that s***.

Ya'll recommending me Fire Emblem games got tricked into keeping this a Fire Emblem topic instead of a general recommendation topic.
I've of course played "English Fire Emblem", I don't think I'd have any business being here if I didn't lol.
