its a little hard to show his face with such a small head, and cooler has a small head. is this any better? also, anything else?

I do. First, the blue area on his head is a bump which is isn't as hide. You can also define the red on the side of his face that is visible, as you have white on it. Maybe make the white on his lower legs toke up more space, as you have too much blue on it.

i understood what you said on the legs. can you explain in different words the bolded words? i dont understand what you said really, sorry. and when you said "as you have" does that mean i already did it? or i did it and need more of it?

I mean that the clue on the top of his head should be a not so wide bump, but you have it too wide. The red details around his eyes are too small. I suggest looking at a reference image to fully comprehend.
Edit: Too many colours too. Red only needs 1 shade and the others 3 or 4.

only copied and edited basic color pallette of frieza, so i think color pallette is fine....  and i did look at a reference pic, but ill try to fix the giant "bump" and fix red stuff.
