Are you attempting JUS style? I suggest you study up on the style before you attempt to replicate it. Not necessarily palette, but more like Light Source, contrast, and placement of colors. And the numbers of colors as well. Next time you go into the style head first, make sure to study up, or it comes out sloppy and unprofessional.

Say erm, if you still do the Vocaloid sprites, can you do Ragna the Bloodedge from Blazblue?

I know the Ragna one is kind of bad, the hair is what bothered me.

I understand this is probably bad, but I'm gonna post this here anyway.
An edit I made out of boredom.

The hairs quite bad and the shirts pillow shaded, other then that its really cool.

Can I ask the problems with the hair?

It has no real shape and it sticks out really far on the back. Right now it looks like a fro with a mullet and a little thing on the front, that was just slapped on. If you create the base of the head (bald) and build off of it you can get much more realistic looking hair, because that way your not going out to far to be safe while drawing the hair.

New JUS sprite. It's probably bad though.
