I also found SSF1 from a Flash game portal site. I think i found it on Newgrounds. I played it for like, a month, and I eventually found SSF2 after searching it on the internet. I don't even know SSF2 existed when I was searching for it on the internet lol. I found the forum in 2015 and then joined in 2016, wasn't really active until 2018. Things are different now lol.

esper and i started on the expansion forums and eventually migrated here. i was fascinated by the idea of expansions from like 2009-2012. the forums were a total mess but it was fun at the time

A lot of the animated attack/move/whatever sprites in those forums were LIT. If SSF2 gets expansion support eventually, it would be amazing.
