[Request] GBA and DS Flash cards

so i've recently heard about these things called GBA and DS flash cards. Im wondering, do they allow you to play flash games on a GBA, or DS? If so, followups:
Can it be programmed to support GBA linking, or DS wireless connection, for multiplayer? _________________      |

Flash cards are ds cards or gba cards that can hold a lot of DS or GBA games.They dont let you to play flash games.Only nds or gba games.

I agree with Huntagron, I seriously doubt that it would let you play flash games on a DS (i could be wrong but it just sounds a bit unlikely)
