I am not Brazilian, and don't worry I've read the rules already. It's basically easy to understand and since I'm starting new I think everyone would like me since I didn't do anything bad.

Lol, yeah, you wrote a small and clean text, with no grammar errors nor bad spelling (or even smilies), so yeah.
Just be friendly and don't act like a noob, if you can...
The rules are basically the same in any forum, but it is always good to read, even because there may be minor (but not less important) changes, or new rules, more specificity, etc.
