They is an option to turn off the interactive hazards within an environment, plus traditionally fighting game like stages.

All that crap about mashing and looking cool while doing it could be said about any fighting game and would be almost true.

Normally if it isn't Capcom-made, the FGC immediately craps on the game. I'm surprised though as people seem much more excited about this game than I thought.

Back on the story for a sec, if the plot involves universe jumpers and the like and we're seeing a villain as obscure as Killer Frost come up, Boon may well end up going for probably the most utterly bizarre, insane common commentator he can...
And I am gonna f*** lose it if I see Gog show up... I know there are only the most pathetically miniscule of chances, but this storyline has itself set up for Gog big time.

The entire roster is finished. There may be unlockables but we aren't sure yet... We do know there's four DLC characters though.

The designs are pretty cool, I've never followed either of them much (heck, in my last comment I confused Killer Frost with Captain Cold. Whoops). But their outfits are oddly similar. Maybe they have an alliance in the campaign?
I'd like to say we can hold out or unlockables, but from what I've heard about NetherRealms these days, it isn't looking hopeful. We may get a surprise final boss, but that may be it

I'm still rather disappointed about killer frost. I'd have rather had Mirror Master or even Captain Cold, heck Captain Boomerang would have been amazing.

What if it was Gog the God from the Second World? Holy crap, the multiverse story is setup perfectly, but yeah; I just don't see Ed Boon or NetherRelem being wise enough to do something like that. Unless DC tells them, which I don't see happening either.I don't see him fitting into the story. Besides, I don't think he wouldn't take any shiet from Superman and his dick.tators for taking over man-kind. Fate would be on them like icing on cake.


And I really like the designs of Ares and Killer Frost. They look much better than how I though they would look.
