Yeah, doesn't seem like the pound is even needed as it's easier to lift him (BBM) higher and rack damage with uairs then rest. Fox's faster falling speed and frame 1 shine make him a different story.

edit: talking about fox?

Fox and DK. Not sure it will work on any of the other fast and high fallers.

Hitting an opponent lying on the ground with two hits of dair>rest seems very reliable, worked for me many times

Pretty hard to get someone on the ground as Jiggly though (well, except heavy characters I guess)

You mean fast and high fallers, but its not really that hard as some people make it out to be. Frankly at mid percents or sometimes at high percents, low knockback attacks can lead to tech chasing.

What changes did the Puff get in the Smash Con build?

Nevertheless, I have some possible changes for Puff to make her better in the future:
Melee Puff, Melee Rest, or Melee Everything but Rest

Well, the most notable changes I saw were her B-air being stronger and having more range, Rest being buffed and she having a Melee-esque Side B.

You'd have to be careful with SDI down, to the closest side would be more safe. SDI down can just bump you straight back into samus' Upb for the final hit sometimes

Also niayre, surprisingly upward pound after a di'd uthrow works kinda nicely in a real match against fox or falcon, but in most cases a utilt is good after the pound to followup into rest or uair rest

Oh okay, cool. Yeah up tilt into up air into rest is always better.

So now we have another fast faller joining us in the form of Falco, so we have 3 already( :fox: , :captainfalcon: and :bomberman: ).

Hmmm more combos into rest is always a welcome on these guys and high fallers.

Lite, what other options would you like to see improved?

I want to see down throw be a little better.

I like dthrow the way it is: it's not useless, but not useful either, and gives Jiggs options when uthrow doesn't work.

Melee Pound would be super cool. I'd also like to see some sort of grounded approach option in her kit, which would I think really help to make her unique to SSF2. Right now, her dash attack, fair, ftilt, dtilt, and even reverse utilt all sorta suck as an approach. Perhaps Brawl-'s sliding dtilt or something like that could give her a unique option to approach against characters with aerial space control just a little more effectively.

No one asked you. :colonthree:

I agree or else give more range on her aerials or make her ground game better.

I would like d smash to have less ending lag, along with down tilt and f tilt should have more range.
