What's the definition of "enough" here? Because Square Enix got upset when Tomb Raider/Hitman/Sleeping Dogs only sold over eight million copies.

Which probably means just over a million.

Which is pretty terrible compared to most games, to be honest.

Actually, I heard quite the opposite from what I remember. Sony was actually pleased with the sales considering this was a low budget game. It was basically afterwards that the number of people that played this game pretty much dropped like flies due to.... obvious reasons. Which is why there's no more continued support.

Their point still holds up, then. A "dedicated fanbase" actually plays the game.

A "dedicated fanbase" could be any x amount of people, it's a really ambiguous statement. I guess we'll see how many people do via this petition.

Zues and Clarke pretty much killed the dedication in that case. Some people boycotted them and spawned Crash/Spyro and Lara/Cloud campaigns that didn't work so well. However, the Dart Campaign is doing much better than any of the previous ones.

I had no idea there was even a Lara/Cloud campaign, but I guess that proves your point to some degree. I don't see what was wrong with the Zeus/Clarke pack, though.

A lot of people weren't so happy about Zeus' addition from what I've seen especially since the game catered too much to GoW (not that it was a bad thing but, people were expecting other franchises). Fans were pretty much expecting Lara or a JRPG rep due to a couple games and rumors being out at the time. Unfortunately, those games happened to be Dead Space 3 and GoW:Ascension. This also caused other people to basically give up on the game all together cause it was advertising those games. Clarke was was received with mixed feedback but usually people bought him and the Medieval stage and left Zeus in the dust.

And that's why they cancelled the DLC. Not enough sales on those two.

Although, it's alright if you don't see anything wrong with them. It's just that general reaction from most of the fan base was very mixed.

I guess I was just looking from a gameplay perspective than a representation perspective. Cause what they said about why they added Zeus made sense to me, so I was pretty cool with it.

Though I do see what you mean about not having enough sales.

Yeah, an additional tank and a character that can shut down Raiden is a welcomed addition. It's too bad the glitches that came with them is not so good.

If I am going to bring this from the dust, let me do this right:

Nathan Drake has got to have the best ground game in PSASBR, no doubt. Basically because you can use his regular melee attacks and then his Down Triangle attack, which boosts AP tremendously. This only works, however, if the opponent isn't faceplanted to the ground, and only flinches.

His Side Triangle attack is a really amazing attack. High AP boost and knockback. Not even Kratos can get in fast enough.

If you really want a good combo, try:
Square>Square>Square>Down Triangle>Up Triangle
(Condensed: Jab>Gatling Gun>Grenade Launcher)

Also, if you got a LV2, corner the opponent with Jab to the point where KO is inevitable.

As for LV1, it's always best to use the Handgun, Gatling Gun or grab to knock your opponent back and make sure to hit at the right moment. "HOT POTATO!"

Other than his shield, I know that the Down Circle can be pretty useful.

In terms of aerial game, Nathan has a pretty decent air game with normal attacks, boasting supreme knockback with the F-Air attack.

His specials (triangle), if timed correctly, are pretty unpredictable (unless you are, well, an air dodge spammer) and are really useful.

His specials (circle) are amazingly set. His D-Air Special can spike opponents no matter what.

Overall, I rate this character as:
Number 3, behind Raiden and Kratos.

You do realize that Drake got nerfed, right?

Also, I remember Kat getting banned from some tourneys, so that would probably make her the best character, lol.

Anyways, this shouldn't be played competitively, its only fun under casual settings.

Kat is the best character in the game she top tier in all tier list and she has little no no end lag in attacks, she has a bunch of touch of death combos air to ground combos which almost everyone else but her doesn't have she basically s*** on 90% of the roster as a Jak main I can't help but feel helpless fighting her.
And Zap the game is dead it got discontinued the competitive communitty left the game along with the two best players.

Wow, that sucks. I guess the game is only good for goofing around now.

Well the best players quit because the devs screwed up everything in the newest balance patch.
Toro went from mid tier to worst character in the game Low tier.
Jak-already sucked and got nerfed again he lost some his best keep away tools Low tier
Kratos-got buffed Top tier.
Parappa-got slightly buffed mid tier.
Kat-was buffed even though she was already the best character in the game mainly because they added landing lag.
Heihachi-got no buffs or nerfs he still is bottom tier.
Radec-got buffed but it wasn't enough to save him from bottom tier he is just slightly above Toro.
Raiden-is still top tier and gained a bunch of new Touch of Deaths, his only counterpick is Issac.
Zeus-is good when being played by Vindabess or whatever his name was he is just average mid tier.
Issac-he is basically Emmett, and Radec together he is top tier but he isn't so good in 1v1 he has a couple of bad matchups mid tier.
Nariko-was good but she got nerfed so badly she lost all kill confirms low tier.
Dante-didn't lose Empty cancel and now he has more mix ups due to him being able to turn around mid combo he is barley top tier at best.
Big Daddy-He already sucked yet he got nerfed more than he got buffed his lvl 2 isn't all that great mid tier.

But yeah this is some of the reasons why this game is a joke at competitive gameplay
