I dont think Sonic needs a resprite, though he could definitely use more shading. Sonic doesnt really have a lot of detail in his appearances, not like what they did to Mario in Smash (making him look more realistic).

Basically, they should just do to Sonic, what they did to Naruto recently.

Even though some of our opinions don't count, maybe it'd be fun for some of us to make a list (before it gets locked) of characters that we think will get different sprites (or at least want to see that character get a new sprite). But if we have the speculation thread for that, then, I guess we can all just ignore this post. If we want to still do it here, feel free, but hey, I'm not a dev. I don't make the rules and answer the questions and stuff.
