I've reached a level where I don't think tails can possibly be a non-broken character, he ever was, since version 8A, and nobody can deny it, I don't know how he just got at rank S in the most recent tier list.

In the past people spammed rhythm twister, spindash and energy ball, now they spam back air and remote robot.

With those nerfs, Tails is for sure not high tier anymore, I never thought his biggest nerf would be making he unable to recover without using his jumps wisely, since the devs always said he was meant to be played in the air.

As I saw in the changelogs, Tails now has a high gravity (around 1.09 or maybe a bit more) making him a fastfaller like the spacies but even worse, and you already know the next issues like being vulnerable to chaingrabs and receive an easy horizontal KO.

I honestly think Tails is mid tier now.
His recovery is awful now, which kills the character. He honestly just isn't that great anymore. He really needed a nerf, he was a spamming type character, the biggest in the game. Now people cannot spam back air and robots as they did before, his gravity nerf was actually a good balancing change, the problem is not having an up B recovery when you are this heavier, so everyone starts to SD very often, due to not being able to manage their jumps. _________________ Main: Counterpicks: Secondaries: :ryu:Pockets: :pichu: :lucario: |

tails' recovery is so awful every time a cpu plays him he just sds every stock.
