So well, I have certain series of videos but I don't know where to post them.
For example, I run a spin-off of the Smash Bros Lawl series and I want to post my stages or the history behind some of my stuff:


Tough, I don't know if I can suggest some of these stages (that come from actual series, like Kirby's) to SSF2.
Also, I have in mind another series about the History behind Super Smash Flash 2, but I think I can post them in the SSF2 videos thread, right?

If you go ahead and make a history behind SSF2 series, you can post that in the SSF2 Videos thread. Otherwise yeah don't advertise stuff like that on the forums.

The only problem is there isn't really a good place for it. Maybe we could turn the flash section into a multi-media section, covering everything that isn't in the other three sections.

That's true that we don't really have an appropriate category for video... But with more and more Flash cartoons being placed on both Newgrounds and Youtube it might not be so bad to open up a new Video section or sub-section. I'd love to expand an existing section if possible, but it seems like it might be easier to organize if they were separate. Thoughts?

Wouldn't Flash cartoons just go in General Flash?

2- I also think it could be easier to have a separate section for videos, mostly because not all videos are fully animated with Flash.

that section would die in like 2 days. Maybe there should be a section for any and all works we create yourself. It's always been a little weird that that we can't post our own creations in the vidya and tv sections, but we can in the music and literature sections. We should be able to post our own stuff in all 4, or have one dedicated section for all creative endeavours.

Honestly what I think we should do it change general flash to multimedia, so then there are still separate sections for art and spriting, and then all other creative endeavors go under multimedia.

yeah tbh we should just be able to post anything related to a section within the section no matter who made it

or at the very least make the upcoming games forum a subforum of the video games fourm

because as it stands right now i'd be fine to make a topic about Deep in the video gaming forum but Tid wouldn't lmao
