Ramsey should be familiar with the basic concepts though, plus Ramsey seems like the kind of person who would be confident.
Also don't drag F&F and pachino into this. This topic is MASSIVE at the moment so it'll take some time for them to catch up.
We, again, also know not to confirm town anyone yet, but the fact that lightning decided to use that ability at all(on the god father of all people) is enough to put him on the town list for now. A regular mafia would have let the lynch go through. The only other possibility is that Arthur and lightning are buddies.
