Instant crash when entering the game

As soon as I turn SSF2 on, it crashes instantly during loading at 5%. I can't change any cache settings, I can't change anything really. Every single version of SSF2 I have, modded and unmodded started having this problem today.
BONUS DIAGNOSTICS: The .exe file is in the same spot as the folder with DAT files. The crash occurs when the RAM occupied by the program reaches about 17850 KB. RESOLVED: There were 2 conflicting Flash Players downloaded to the computer, the browser one and the desktop one. Each one tried to open SSF2 at the same time causing it to crash.
