SSF2 Character Speculation

I highly speculate the next characters to appear in Beta and/or in the full version of the game:
- Pit. FOR GOD'S SAKE, WHY HAVEN'T WE GOTTEN HIM YET? He's like one of the most iconic Nintendo characters! Okay, enough rant, but I seriously believe he will be added in Beta (if not, then he has, I repeat, HE HAS to appear in the full version of SSF2.)
- Luigi, King Dedede, Ganondorf, Diddy Kong, Falco, Olimar, Lucario, Snake and the Ice Climbers. All (or at least most) of them as unlockable in the full version of the game.
- Little Mac, Rosalina, Pac-Man and Shulk are counted as veterans since they starred in SSB4 before SSF2 is fully released, so I expect only these four appearing in the final version.
- Mewtwo and Young Link returning as veterans, but reworked with brand new movesets.
Now for the newcomers...
- a Mario rep. (unlockable)
- King K. Rool (unlockable)
- Skull Kid (unlockable)
- Lyn from Fire Emblem (unlockable)
- Andy from Advance Wars (starter)
- Krystal from Star Fox (starter)
- a Pokemon rep. (unlockable)
- Zero from the Mega Man series (unlockable)
- Knuckles from Sonic the Hedgehog (starter)
- Shadow the Hedgehog (unlockable)
- Luffy (unlockable)
The game already has 31 characters so far, plus the 27 (or it could be less than that) above gives us a total of almost 60 characters which seems pretty insane but hey! Brawl had way less starters than SSF2, so I expect that there will be a lot of unlockable characters.

Oh man I sure wish spriting was as easy as you make it seem it is. It took lots of time to get where SSF2 is at right now and expecting 60 characters is completely absurd it won't happen.

I was thinking about a similar roster like this as well. Except I am speculating Villager, Mewtwo, Roy, Ike, & Young Link to join in too.

Spriting is not really the problem, but coding. As far as I know the dev team has way more spriters than coders, so if a roster like this was to be made then a lot of hard-work would be needed. Also, I must remark that I had said 27 or less which means I don't expect all of the characters I named above to make it, I'm just speculating as this thread is for.
