It is my pleasure to bring back from the dead, the tournament which will decide who here, is the greatest roleplayer, gracious enough to reward us with his or her presence. You will become a beacon for this community, a legend, a hero, but let's not ahead of ourselves, shall we?

In case you weren't around for the original tournament signup, let me go through this again. Those of you that were around, might wanna read on for any revisions.

You may sign up with one, and only one character, who will carry you through the entire tournament. The character must be set in stone before the brackets are announced, and any changes to the character's bio will result in instant disqualification.

The tournament will consist of one on one fights in the coliseum, until one fighter is incapacitated, disqualified, or suddenders. These are fights of skill, not chance or advantages of one character over another, so the arena has been stripped down to the bare essentials, do not expect anything but some earth.

Fights have no true time limit, but should a fighter not act for 48 hours, he will be disqualified. Similarily, if all fights in one round have finished, but one, a 48 hour time limit will be established, at the end of which a victor will be chosen, even if the fight was still going strongly.

There is no jury anymore, just I as an individual, as I will not be participating and as such do not require a full jury to remain impartial.

As for the victor? Oh, now here is the great part. The victor will be bestowed with the title of best roleplayer and remain undisputed for a full month after his/her victory, after which (s)he must accept challenges from RPB members. Normal roleplayers may still attempt to challenge the victor, but (s)he is not required to accept the challenge.

Now, let's get to the actual signing up, which has changed slightly. There are only 20 spots available, and the signup will only run for a few days, after which the brackets will be prepared and the first round shall commence. Everyone may sign up, the only requirement is that you have posted an up-to-date biography for your character, which you must link me to. There will be no "unlocking new skills" or "finding my true potential" balony during this tournament.
