I think instead of criticizing the time and artwork, you should realize that it was 4-minute project, meaning that you should have incredibly high expectations for it. He probably has reasons for taking only 4 minutes....
Anyways, the hair bugs me a bit on our right side (his back?). |

We must have different viewpoints as far as viewing artwork goes, because to me, the time spent on a piece shouldn't matter. It's what you see. And I see something that was drawn by a shaky hand in paint.

Well, ignoring the anatomy, I'd say his tie appears to have a square bottom, but I know it's the angle. Though your probably not going to go back and fix it, seems like an easy enough fix.
What's that line under his arm? |

its not a tie, i dont think. It appears to be an open button up shirt, that is flowing off to the side.
