I don't understand why didn't they censor jotaro touching the kid (wich is objectively wrong) but a student smoking (wich compared to the other thing, it's pretty alright)
does this mean that if im a woman in japan but people dont know my sex for sure theyll just ran into me and touch my chest

yeah, I know. that monkey was such a pedo.I mean, the cigarette censor is just ridiculous. I appreciate a lot that they came up with that instead of a lolipop lover (you know what im talking about) but making the whole face randomnly dark even next to fire just looks so odd also, i feel kinda annoyed of how jotaro keeps saying "yare yare" over and over again

The cigarette censoring is not "ridiculous". Jotaro is a student. They cannot show a student smoking on television. What about that don't you get? What about it is "ridiculous"?

as smoking becomes more of a prevalent issue then of course showing underage smoking would be silly
the original manga showed it because back then smoking wasn't vilified as much as it is now
irrelevant, but the naruto manga translation actually censored shikamaru smoking by simply... removing the cigarette. he even holds his hand up to his mouth and looks like he's blowing smoke out but nothing coming out, so you can see how much people take underage smoking censorship seriously (shikamaru smoking was a part of his character arc, and thus wasn't gratuitous)
