Ok so as opposed to using the Chinese elements, since Mitsuki is from the Shokun empire it'd be better to call upon earth, water, fire, air and void.

Weapons: He carries a Samurai Katana as a weapon, and just in case, he sometimes carries a small dagger.

Present Appearence: Kai Lee is not too tall. About 5 foot 7. He wears a brown, padded jacket, brown, shaggy hair, gloves, a tattoo of a hawk on his arm, Korean style sweatpants, geta sandals, and a sheath across his back. He has dark blue eyes and is very pale.

Why your character would survive the initial onslaught of monstrosities: His swordsmanship is exceptional, considering he has been training to become a true samurai since the age of 15. His skills include that he can jump almost 2 feet high to avoid attacks, has fast actions with his sword, and is able to counter attack to most strikes. His peaceful mind and spirit allows him to focus, and hit direct strikes to his opponents. He does not go on and be reckless without thinking of what to do. Instead, he takes some time to think about his actions before doing them, and planning in hard times. This makes him a smarter fighter than some others.

..... I read that example sheet and everything else 3 times. One thing is I don't know any of those Japanese or whatever terms they are. Another is that....hm...There's not much more to say, other than I read it and tried to follow the directions as best as I could, and I actually need the other major flaws pointed out, so I am able to perfect my application.

Look I'm sorry guys, but I'm going to have to drop out of this one. I'll participate until the next fight scene (where possible), but then I'll die spectacularly. I haven't dug myself in too deeply into the series of events so far, and judging by the events happening so far: I won't be.
