So as you all most likely have noticed, things in the SSF2 community are gradually getting worse (especially on Discord. Thats just a giant s*** at this point). So, naturally, I figured that it might be a good idea to just give everyone a shoutout that deserves it, be it your long time rival, the devs, a good friend of yours or anyone else who you can think of.



To kick things off, my biggest shoutout/thank you obviously goes to my man Strife. You know why, just know that youre awesome despite your "short"comings

Then theres Bowler, who propably is both one of the most friendly and most obnoxious people I ever had the pleasure of talking to. Im still waiting on that diss track, you know


Another big thank you goes to Drarky for being my Chibi homie and a constant source of laughs, motivation and Chibi emotes Cant wait to see you back in full form, Chibi Nation is counting on you n stuff like that.


Of course, a big thank you to everyone in TSF - most notably TCS for being da OG, Turnabout for being my teammate, Doq for... being Doq despite constantly getting the metaphorical boot up the a** and Mew2ube for being one of the more sensible persons around.


And finally, the obligatory dev shoutout. Props to all you guys spending tons of your time on a random Flash game despite 95% of us being ungrateful pricks/just assholes. Special mentions go to Refurin for seemingly always being around and being more open to ideas/thoughts than any other dev I have talked to, and lastly the guy who decided that friggin Chibi-Robo needs to be in a Smash game. You are a genius.

Remind me to kill Tanith later haha. Also echoing the TSF sentiment, except shouting out Happyfrozenfire for being a generally cool guy.

Another huge shoutout to the guy who's friendship with me literally started over us arguing, The Dark Chibi Knight himself, Cookies.

Big shoutouts to the people in the TO Union, it's good that we've got some people who are willing to host tournaments despite how toxic they've got.

Also shoutouts to everyone in Flash Assembly who runs and moderates the character discords. Except Masky.

Finally, shouting out people who aren't just in the BR, but are also applying for it. If you're contributing to pushing your characters meta, I tip my hat to you.

That aside. I'm not entirely sure who to thank, really. There's just been so many small snippets of good in each and every one of you that it would take more than the 60,000 character limit to express. Although, there are a few people I'd like to especially thank. Here we go.

Let's start with the old friends. Miracle--7 the generic thanks for being there. When's playing random s*** again? I encountered Chaunch recently. He was the third of the BAW collective. After he left the community things weren't quite the same between merucal and myself and for him to appear at DESPAIR 17 was enough for me.

At this point I stopped questioning why TSF was around still and just accepted it. For a group of hooligans they sure are alright. To those from way back in the day I'd like to thank Wooly for doing Wooly things, like putting up with our crap, and Skailler for being an a** (no seriously, I don't think a lot of things would get done without him).

Then there's the TO'ers Union and the TO Collective. I kinda feel bad that you guys got the brunt of the s***. You guys are awesome, keep doing what you do.

And then there's FearZero, who constantly puts up with me blaming him for everything even when I'm just memeing. It's not always your fault.... except for ending DESPAIR 17 early. That was all you.

Anyway, I guess I haven't been really involved with things outside the forums lately but I'd like to give a massive shoutout to Bedoop, Kirb-Star and Crow Nonya. Yall have for the most part been chill, fun loving people, and that is greatly appreciated especially when things start getting a little hectic. No matter how increasingly unavailable we're becoming these days, you lads will always be my Forum Squad

I'd also like to thank other forum old timers such as Vanilla and the TSF members here who've kept this place sensible and fresh, along with the newcomers who try their best to liven this place up (you know who you are, Forum Game Necromancers). I guess basically anyone who hasn't caused unnecessary drama also falls underneath this category. That's about 95% of you guys tbh

I'd also like to give a shoutout to my lads 7Z and Chizzy. You guys are lovely human beings who've made my Discord experience a pleasant one, and don't worry, after exams are done and over with, I'm coming back
