Well if they are trying to convince that jiggs is a joke character than there lying to you. I think jigglypuff is the worst character in the game.

Jigglypuff is too light
Has no range
Has no projectile
All of her throws are extremely useless and they don't combo or kill at kill percentage
Has terrible MU spread
Poor Tournament results
Her rollout and sing are pretty useless in a serious match.
Terrible Ground Game

The only thing she has going for her is her air game and rest out of shield but she gets NO confirms off them.

Falco is a friend of Fox. Although he occasionally acts rude towards Fox, it's done in a playful manner. The two would likely have trouble setting their friendship aside to have a serious, genuine fight

Cloud has lots of combat experience and uses a sword. A stupid oversized sword, sure, but it's still a sword.

The Villager is a villager. He/She has experience in cutting down trees, planting flowers, digging up fossils, being in debt to a raccoon and shooting down the mailman (what a jerk!), but no actual combat experience. All of the Villager's weapons are improvised.

It should be obvious: Cloud would win
