Aka: apparently ruined by the werehog.

Though I guess it was a tad ambiguous. (Or ambivalent. Ek weet nie.)

I wasn't complaining, I was stating that it has been said the werehog ruined it.
After that I presented my opinion on what I knew on the matter. Admittedly, it was negative, but I did say it would have been great if it wasn't a sonic game.

I'm confused about what the point is now.

I thought that the point of Sonic was to be fast and fun. Therefore the werehog was too slow for a Sonic game. What point were you talking about?

Also, I'm curious...

You say that if its a new Sonic game, it is awful, right?

But you obviously bought Sonic Unleashed, right? I mean, if you didn't, you wouldn't be complaining that all New Sonic games are awful... cos you wouldn't have played it... unless you borrowed it or rented it or... I dunno, not the point, not what I am about to ask about...

I take it that you bought/played/rented Sonic Unleashed BECAUSE of the Werehog then? Of course, I'm not saying this is a bad thing, heck, if you want a brawler, the Werehog is perfect.

Of course, this has nothing to do with our current debate, I'm just curious.

Sounds kinda odd to me, but with that being said, my usual ice breaker is yelling "YOU ARE IN A HOUSE THAT IS ON FIRE WHAT DO YOU DO?!" So I guess I really shouldn't complain.

I've played the 360 Unleashed, and I must say the Werehog really did ruin it. I found myself groaning whenever I saw a night stage I had to finish. Seriously Kyuubit, the Werehog sucks.

I know I can.

1.) Long and tedious gameplay. For God's sake, one level is about 30 minutes. Hell, Eggmanland in the 360 version took me more than an hour!
2.) Crappy idea. Okay, we want to make this discolored talking hedgehog, into a kind-hearted werehog who can fight the forces of evil. There's Knuckles for a reason.
3.) Gets too repetitive. Every time I have to play through each night level, I find myself slumping out of my chair, and about to go to sleep.

I did not think that I would say this so soon but I am going to stop playing Sonic games due to me getting dissapointed over.. and over.. and over. Unless Sega makes a Sonic game similar to Sonic Adventure DX, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, or Sonic 3 with Knuckles. I will never play a Sonic game again. A new one anyways.

They are making Sonic 4 episode 1, to be released this summer. It's a sequel to Sonic & Knuckles, but I bet this one will suck too anyways.

That's just lovely. Oh well.

Lets hope during the delay the scrap the whole thing make it 2-D. Then allows you to turn your Super form during gameplay with debugs, and level selects, and fun mini games with 2 player cooperative that involves your partner defeating the bosses and making sure you have rings to steal from them.

Don't forget Hyper Sonic, or back then, Super-Duper Sonic. He was the s***.

Tails was so useless when I became Hyper Sonic in Sonic 3 & Knuckles. Especially when I input Game Genie so that I can only use 1 ring to transform, and so I don't lose any rings while in the transformation. I did the Chaos and Super Emeralds legit, though.

The Super Emeralds, speaking of which, were a stupid idea, even though I did like using Hyper Sonic.

Tails' Flicky slaves were effective on bosses though. Too bad both Sonic and Tails could not transform.
