Tekun began to run forward after he saw him release the arrow, it was aimed towards his sword, no worry about his body being harmed. He allowed his sword to hit the arrow as he dashed forward. It was the same reaction, an arrow sliding over steel with a nice ding sound being made as it hit. He was now gaining distance, it wouldn't be long now before there was a hand to hand or blade to blade confrotnation.

Barbas examining exactly what happened to the arrow. Nothing special. "Right then." He mumbled to himself, reaching for another arrow. He shot at Tekun's hand, the hand which held his sword. He placed his bow on his back immediately after firing, not in need of his bow any longer for the fight would be close combat.

Tekun changed posistion quickly and stance. Bringing his body lower to avoid the arrow aimed at his head. He felt it travel through his hair. He changed how he held the blade, unfortunently, the arrow flew by and cut across his arm. He continued to run, Barbas was not putting away his bow, readying for a close confrontation. Tekun ran, his blade dragging behind him as he held it with both hands. He was getting ready to strike.

Barbas awaited calmly, crossing his arms and awaiting Tekun. "Well, I'm waiting." He stated, as if to taunt Tekun. Uncrossing his arms as Tekun got ever closer, and cracking his neck. This is it. He thought, as that same smirk from before went across his face.

"Your attitude will be your downfall." Tekun shouted as he raised his blade up and then slashed at the air. The energy in his blade was released into a large shockwave of energy that spread out, rushing towards Barbas at a high speed. At this distance, he would get hit one way or another. Even if he tried to dodge, it would hit part of him. A direct hit would mean near death. Indirect would most likey make the part that hit unuseable. After the energy left the blade, he brought it back up into his normal stance and continued his charge.

(( One attack making the body part unusable? Meanwhile, you're guy is running around with an arrow through his knee... I smell a god mod. ))

OOC: Actually, it isn't in his knee, it's in his thigh that he took a direct hit in. If he took a hit to the knee, would I have him running? However, i'll give you the unuseable part, I probably should have worded that better. But realize the attack has been charged and he's at a close distance now, so if he got hit even a little. It's going to be VERY sore.

(( An arrow to the thigh would also make one sore. And SPEEDING up after getting hit in the thigh... Yeah... ))

(Fights through the pain. He's stronger then the average person and it wasn't a drastic speed up, he gained momentum. Honestly, how much damage do you wnat dealt?)

OOC2: Panda, Belth is kind of right . If you recieve an arrow in the thigh, you are almost unable to walk or run.
Not just because of the pain, but also because important muscles are hurted in there which are requeried to run (or even walk).
I understand your character could keep moving, but he should be kind of crimble.
