I mention in the OP that there is no order

Sheik's recovery is really not bad, Zelda's is good but not at the same level as the puffballs, Pika and ZSS are WAAAAYYYY better than you think they are, Sonic's is not bad, DK's is not at the same level as Fox or the others, etc., etc.

mfw peach is b tier

Sonic's recovery is in C-tier?? I'm having trouble understanding, because he can use every single special move to get back onstage. If you are far off-screen, Homing attack sends you really far if you fully charge it. And with it's many charges, it adds to unpredictability. You can use his Up-B, which sends him really high up, and Side-B can sweetspot the ledge. Down-b stalls you and increases your ledge grab size, so if you have speed, you'll grab the ledge most of the time. (Unless you're holding down) that's atleast B-tier.
Kirby is S tier, with the multi-jumps and up-b. I know you said because of his air mobility it's worse, but still, he goes pretty far.
ZSS has infinite jumps with Down-b, her Normal jump height is high, her up-b and side-b teleport, there's not much to say.
Link over Chibi-Robo? Despite bombs improving Link's recovery, Chibi-Robo's up-b is more than 2 up-b's from Link(With a bomb explosion)
Captain falcon's recovery, despite being helped by down-b, side-b and up-b(maybe the stall from neutral-b) isn't
better than Sonic's and Samus' recovery
Bomberman doesn't have a good recovery. if you hit him offstage, and not under the stage, he won't make it back if there isn't any platforms and you grab ledge
NESS???? His DJ is bigger than Yoshi's, can stall with Down-b, and his up-b is really long, yet he's D-tier.
And like TCS said, Sheiks recovery is not too bad.
No offense man, you can do you, but this is super pointless.

Why is Ness so low????
He has down b for momentum, a double jump, and his upb.

Ichigo has Fair and Side b and reliable recoveries
