Well I've seen Hbox use rollout (even against Mango), not like he's the best Jiggs tho /s
And thanks once again for some sweet evidence!

Does it really matter? Still it'd be a nice buff to an overall not very good move.

I like Jigg's Pound in SSF2 It has like, ultra transcendenc and shield damage. I also literally spam pound in the air to get back to the stage and save my jumps because it actually is pretty good at covering horizontal distance.(Regular pound, not rising pound.) Falling Pound is also really helpful for jiggs to land on the stage, I also like that falling pound can semi spike.

Additionally, in this game you can do fair -> fair -> fair -> ... -> Pound or offstage Rest to kill heavies and FF'ers, which is pretty nice and something a bit different from canon games, where the WOP is from behind.

The more i play Jiggs he gets more fun to play when you get better with him lol. Starting to not think hes the worst char in the roster.

I just don't see who takes her place. She's a fine character, but I think that has more to say about the excellent balance in this game than how good Jigglypuff is. I still think she has some really tough matchups (Ichigo v Jiggz is IMO the most unbalanced matchup in the game), and I think that limits her usefulness, but I could totally see Jiggz being used against characters that have ground zoning or trash recovery (Bomberman, Naruto, Falcon, etc.). I think she's borderline viable but not really much better than anyone else.

This Most people including myself definitely underestimated jigglypuff. Uthrow -> Uair(x2-4) -> Rest is so easy to pull off and reliable to kill with. And it usually star KOs. I'm also digging Jigg's combo game. Like She lost the ability to wall of pain with bair but she can now wall of pain with her fair(Which is easier to space in my opinion.) With bair being amazing at neutral. Jigglypuff is also the only character in the demo with reliable access to sleep. While Sing is not easy to hit with when your opponent is at 90%+ it will always lead to a followup/rest. So I glad it can finally fill it's purpose.

Uthrow -> uair -> Rest is a combo that I don't think works on floaties and lightweights, which limits its usefulness. I just don't see how Puff can compete with the swordsmen, and her combo game isn't really the best in the game. The Fair WOP also is only really against heavyweight's/FF'ers. I think she's viable, but not by much, and I think she has some really bad matchups that make her not very good on her own. With a secondary to handle swordsmen, she's not that bad.

This game is really close with tiers, it's mostly a matter of who counterpicks against which character. With the exception of a couple moves that characters posses.
Personally I think Jiggs is good, she just gets outmaneuvered alot.

I love the changes to Jiggz: the Rest trajectory knockback makes it much more usable, and the tweaks to her aerial game give her the tools she needs against the dreaded swordsmen and DK. I think Puff's become a force to be reckoned with.
