Give Sonic a purple palette swap

Add Coldsteel as an echo fighter for Sonic and make him unlockable by:

1. completing all All Star Battles as Sonic in his purple or fuchsia color swap (fuchsia is just reddish magenta no need to look it up ;) )
2. completing classic on all 4 difficulties in any order where insane is either first or last as Sonic in his purple or fuchsia palette swap


The Challenger Approaching screen will be purple of course

you have to do the unlock citra twice, because unlocking him once just makes his icon appear but you can't actually select it. its nothing personnel

Sonic also becomes unplayable because Coldsteel killed Sonic
