Sorry I edit without permission, but I think this is a more suitable palette.   The green and aquamarine created unnecessary noise on and around the mask, and the colours were far too bright for an evil character. _________________

Try moving it up 2 pixels and 1 pixel to (our) left. Then make the elbow a little sharper, see if that works.

That looks substantially better :) The added detail to the hat adds a lot as well. Good job!

 You rang? One of the belt frames is a tiny bit jumpy, and the legs could do with a lot less movement, probably replaced by the foot arching.
