Just gonna do a little speculation on the setup:
194 said that there's no fool/jester, survivor or traitor. Taking into account other third-party roles I've seen, there could be a cultist(T.testLP)/amnesiac(Cleod9)/present giver(Delibird)/Layton's rival(Don Paolo). I'm not counting on Don Paolo though, but I'm expecting at least one of these three to be coming.

From what I've read on Mafiascum wiki, cultists are overpowered unless they have limitations or variations.
Seeing as the only cultist was almost a regular old one and 194 is, after all, a balancer, I find unlikely that the Pony Cult will be in.
However, with my intuition, I wouldn't be surprised at all if I was wrong.
