If you really didn't give a f***, you would just ignore it.
Anyway, I don't think I'll watch it. Also it would've been great if Spidey could make a appearance in The Avengers, even if he wasn't a original member. Then again it would be great if the X-Men could as well, but I digress. Though I am curious if they're gonna add any more of those First-Person scenes.

In my opinion,I think this new movie may have caused the Spider-man franchise (movie wise) to lose a couple of fans when they saw that Tobey was no longer playing the main role of Spiderman.
(I am one of those lost Spiderman fans because of that.)

Unfortunately there are plenty of legal issues that prevent this from happening (although I'm not sure about the status of those last three franchises mentioned at the moment). It is somewhat of a shame, because it would have been awesome to see Wolverine make a cameo that Captain America movie... Anyway, although I believe that it's a bit too early to be rebooting Spider-Man franchise by the same studio, I am optimistic that this movie won't be too bad.
